About the role

Adecco is hiring a Bilingual Job Posting Coordinator to join our very own Adecco family in a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of job postings and digital recruitment to support all our Canadian delivery channels including branches, onsite operations and our Strategic Central Talent Hub. French/English Bilingualism, fluent in both verbal and written communication, is a requirement to be considered for this opportunity. What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with various delivery channels including field branches, onsites, as well as our talent hub, to provide efficient and effective job posting support
  • Receiving requests through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and creating, posting and monitoring job postings, ensuring Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices are followed
  • Creating the monthly job board plan, in collaboration with the Lead of Centralized Job Posting
  • Monitoring job posting performance and providing suggestions for improvement to ensure the necessary applicant flow meets requirements and maximum ROI is being achieved
  • About you

    We want to set you up for success! To help us do that, here is what we are looking for from you:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
  • A minimum of two (2) years of administrative, customer service or recruitment work experience
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
  • French/English Bilingualism, fluent in both verbal and written communication
