WE ARE LOOKING FOR ACorporate Finance – Order to Cash Coordinator

SENIORITY LEVEL: G32= Entry Level

FUNCTION: Finance

LOCATION: Montreal

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of the Order-to-Cash cycle.

The role is responsible formanaging designated sub areas of the process to secure proper revenue recognition and a sound controls environment. The OTC area maximizes Sales & Revenue by increasing awareness, minimizing exceptions, and achieving excellence in execution. As part of your role as an Order To Cash coordinator, you will motivate, stimulate and drive a team of analysts to align with Corporate objectives and continue to attain best in class results across ITCAN.

Reports to: Corporate Finance – Order to Cash Supervisor & OTC Manager

Reporting Level: No Direct Reports

Geographic Scope: Canada

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Oversee the management of our OTC cycle and related modules
  • Review current procedures to ensure continuous improvement locally and above market
  • Coordinate with the local and above market team to ensure key performance indicators are met and maintained
  • Use benchmarks and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement across the Department and to motivate respective team
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly reports to ensure sales reconciliation & SOx compliance
  • Understand ITCO’s Marketing initiatives and programs to determine the relevant impact on the OTC team
  • Build career advancement strategies and provide on-going feedback to Management and respective team
  • Develop innovative ways of working to support Business expansions and New Product launches and support OTC Supervisor with evolving Business needs and ad-hoc projects

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Experience Required

  • Minimum 1.5 year of direct Order to Cash Experience
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Advance MS Office Skills (specially on Excel)

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Detail-oriented, affinity for feedback
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Shows initiative and results-oriented
  • Strong team-player
  • Tech Savvy (Highly technical role)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
