Job Description Job Title: Real Estate Office Administrator and Marketing CoordinatorCompany: Royal Lepage Heritage Béatrice Baudinet TeamDynamic and fast paced real estate team looking for a marketing and office coordinator with experience and creativity.

Bilingualism is a must (French/English written and spoken).Daily tasks include answering emails and calls, following up on files and paperwork as well as assisting our lead broker daily.

You would also be responsible for creating advertisements while boosting our presence on social media.Responsibilities:
• Communicate with our team daily and be available to answer emails and calls from our clients.
• Follow-up on sale and listing files while assisting our lead broker.
• Work on mailings and finding new ways to continuously build and maintain our clientèle.
• Upload new listings on real estate and social media platforms.
• Maintain an active presence by posting relative content and responding to daily messages and engage with followers.
• Sending out advertising material for printing (Newspaper ads, letters, brochures etc).
• Prepare listing presentations and pull up detailed market analysis.
• Send sale files to notaries.
• File documents and paperwork etc.Requirements:
• Proven Working Experience.
• Must be 100% fluently bilingual: English and French written and spoken.
• Good writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable with Adobe Photoshop
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.Full-time Compensation upon experience.
